Privacy
To sign you in, we keep your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and whether that Discord account is in the OSVoid Discord and has access. That is everything OSVoid stores about you.
How long
- Your account: until 60 days after you last use OSVoid, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Signing in on this website: one cookie keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days without use. It holds a random sign-in key and nothing else, and no other cookies are set.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, with IP addresses shortened.
- Encrypted backups: up to 12 months.
- Crash reports: only if you turn them on in the app, kept 30 days.
Where
Our servers are at OVHcloud in Germany, backups at Hetzner in Finland, crash reports at Sentry in its EU region. Each works under a data processing agreement. The servers the apps connect to are listed under Connections.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at privacy@osvoid.se; we answer within a month. You can also restrict or object to its use, take it with you, withdraw consent for crash reports, and complain to IMY, the Swedish privacy authority.
